What is SIP panel KITs?
SIPs (Structural insulated panels) KIT is factory-made to the precise measurements of the building’s design SIP panels for the external walls and roof structure. Also SIPs KIT includes structural lumber, fixing elements, adhesive foam, other components are needed to house erection. Depending on design, the SIPs are available in a choice of thicknesses. Also full exetrior finishing parts can be added to the SIPs KIT, like windows, external sills, external doors, roof cover, exterior wood trim, etc.
What is included in BASIC KIT's price?
  • 174mm EPS insulated SIPs wall panels (Carbon treated EPS 150mm)
  • 224mm EPS insulated SIPs roof panels (Carbon treated EPS 200mm)
  • Timber for connecting all panels together
  • All fixings, screws, nails needed
  • Panel Adhesive
  • Full Assembly Drawings/Instructions
What is SIP panel?
​Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are a high performance building system for residential and light commercial construction. The panels consist of an insulating carbon treated EPS core sandwiched between two OSB3 structural facings.
What is included in EXTERIOR KIT's price?
EXTERIOR KIT includes all the parts from BASIC KIT, in addition the EXTERIOR KIT includes:
  • UPVC windows and fixing materials (sealing bands, screws, foam, etc.)
  • UPVC doors and fixing materials (sealing bands, screws, foam, etc.)
  • Metal/EPDM roof cover 
  • Steel Rain guttering
  • Exterior walls finishing (wood trim/thermo-wood/plaster/etc.)
Do I have to be a proffesional to assemble SIPs KIT?
No, you dont have to be a proffesional, basic carpenter knowlage and ability to read drawings is more than enough. Ask for a sample drawings if you are not sure you can do it yourself.
Is foundation included?
Foundations and any work below damp proof course (top of concrete slab) are not included in price.
Can SIPS-HOUSE.com erect my house?
We are manufacturer of SIPs panel KITs, we only can do manufaturing and delivery. Our company does a lot of assembly works in our local market, but currently we can not offer assembly service outside our country borders. Our SIPs  KITs are extremely lightweight and quick to erect it should be easy to find your local carpentry team to erect our SIPs panel KIT. 
Will i need heavy lifting machinery equipment?
Yes and no.
There is no MUST for a heavy machinery (cranes, etc.) while assembling our SIPs panel KITs assembly, BUT:
  • It is recommended to unload SIP panel KIT from the truck by the forklift truck
  • There is some exceptions in some of our Residential house KITs, where heavy ridge beam is designed. It is not possible to lift it without crane. 
  • Our multi-storey SIPs panel KITs are much easier assembled when the 1st floor panels are lifted by the crane after the the ground floor is assembled.
