#MODERN 104 is our L-Shaped 3 bedroom Scandinavian style house. The vaulted ceiling in the living room area of the open plan design creates an impact and a sense of space. This self-build SIPs panel KIT is available in various layouts (which are of course all open to customisation to suit your lifestyle), with living areas of 99, 104, 109, 114 m2. Perfect bungalow for comfort residential house or lake retreat property. Variation of exterior cladding gives you a choice of house’s exterior appearance according to your own taste, huge terrace can be also in various size, our favourite is in the house layout down below. House layout has a great flexibility options and room areas could be extended to have more space if necessary.

Quick build. SIPs panel KIT could be assembled in 2-3 weeks after delivery, installation instructions are easy to understand even with no experience in SIPs construction. And it is already insulated!

Erection cost. #MODERN 104 could be easily assembled in 2-3 weeks (depending on SIPs assembly experience). Also it can be done as self-build with almost no experience in SIPs or other assembly works.
