We offer the Prefab SIPs Shell Kit, providing everything you need to assemble a complete structural SIPs shell, including all SIP panels, structural timber, fixings, assembly adhesives, and other essential components. This option is ideal for those who want full control over the exterior finishes while benefiting from a highly insulated, durable, and energy-efficient structure—providing a solid foundation for a customized home.
We also offer the Full Exterior House Kit, which includes everything needed to start from the foundation and complete the house with a fully finished, weatherproof exterior. It comes with the prefab structural SIPs shell, a steel or EPDM roof, guttering system, anthracite PVC double-glazed windows and doors, and a choice of three exterior cladding finishes. This kit provides a stylish, fully finished house exterior, ready for interior customization, combining convenience with high-quality materials and energy-efficient construction.

The heart of the home is the 40 m² open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which gives the family plenty of room for everyday life and entertaining. At the same time, the connected layout allows the kitchen, dining and lounge areas to flow naturally together and create a spacious social environment.
Meanwhile, the four bedrooms provide comfortable private spaces for family members or guests. The layout separates the bedrooms from the main living area, helping create a quieter atmosphere while keeping all essential spaces within easy reach.

If you choose a DIY option, each KIT includes detailed, step-by-step instructions to guide you through a smooth assembly experience. First, you prepare the site and lay a solid foundation. Then, you erect and secure the SIPS wall panels, followed by assembling the roof. Finally, you complete the process by adding the exterior and interior finishes. These panels fit together seamlessly and are easy to handle, which helps reduce construction time and effort.
