We offer the Prefab SIPs Shell Kit, providing everything you need to assemble a complete structural SIPs shell, including all SIP panels, structural timber, fixings, assembly adhesives, and other essential components. This option is ideal for those who want full control over the exterior finishes while benefiting from a highly insulated, durable, and energy-efficient structure—providing a solid foundation for a customized home.
We also offer the Full Exterior House Kit, which includes everything needed to start from the foundation and complete the house with a fully finished, weatherproof exterior. It comes with the prefab structural SIPs shell, a steel or EPDM roof, guttering system, anthracite PVC double-glazed windows and doors, and a choice of three exterior cladding finishes. This kit provides a stylish, fully finished house exterior, ready for interior customization, combining convenience with high-quality materials and energy-efficient construction.

At the heart of the home, a generous 37.45 m² open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a comfortable space for everyday life and entertaining. Large openings connect the living area directly with the covered terrace, so you can easily extend your living space outdoors. In addition, the open layout creates a natural connection between the kitchen, dining and lounge areas.
The house includes three well-proportioned bedrooms, giving family members and guests plenty of private space. Furthermore, the bedrooms sit away from the main living area, creating a quieter and more comfortable sleeping zone. Each room offers enough space for a bed, wardrobe and additional furniture.
The central part of the house includes a spacious 6.90 m² bathroom, while additional areas provide useful space for everyday household needs. Moreover, the 3.79 m² utility/technical room gives you a dedicated place for essential equipment and services. As a result, the main living areas remain clean, organised and easy to use.
A generous 30.18 m² integrated garage provides plenty of room for a car, bicycles, tools and additional storage. At the same time, direct access to the entrance area makes it convenient to move between the garage and the rest of the house. Finally, the garage adds valuable practical space while maintaining the spacious feel of the main living areas.

These panels fit together seamlessly and are easy to handle, which helps reduce construction time and effort.
