This 101 m² house offers a practical and well-planned layout for comfortable family living. The design combines three spacious bedrooms with a large 34.7 m² open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, additional utility and storage spaces, and a covered terrace that extends the living space outdoors.
We offer the Prefab SIPs Shell Kit, providing everything you need to assemble a complete structural SIPs shell, including all SIP panels, structural timber, fixings, assembly adhesives, and other essential components. This option is ideal for those who want full control over the exterior finishes while benefiting from a highly insulated, durable, and energy-efficient structure—providing a solid foundation for a customized home.
We also offer the Full Exterior House Kit, which includes everything needed to start from the foundation and complete the house with a fully finished, weatherproof exterior. It comes with the prefab structural SIPs shell, a steel or EPDM roof, guttering system, anthracite PVC double-glazed windows and doors, and a choice of three exterior cladding finishes. This kit provides a stylish, fully finished house exterior, ready for interior customization, combining convenience with high-quality materials and energy-efficient construction.

The 101 m² house features a spacious 34.7 m² open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating a comfortable central space for everyday family life, relaxation and entertaining. Additionally, large glazed openings connect the living area with the covered terrace, bringing plenty of natural light into the home and creating a comfortable space for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The private side of the house includes three comfortable bedrooms, with the largest bedroom measuring 15.2 m² and featuring a 4.3 m² walk-in closet, giving the main bedroom plenty of space and privacy. The layout also includes a 6.0 m² bathroom and several additional practical spaces that support comfortable everyday living.
The covered terrace extends the main living area outdoors, providing a sheltered space for outdoor seating, dining or relaxing. Meanwhile, the central 8.2 m² entrance and circulation area provides convenient access to the bedrooms, bathroom and living spaces, keeping the layout practical and easy to navigate.
