We offer the Prefab SIPs Shell Kit, providing everything you need to assemble a complete structural SIPs shell, including all SIP panels, structural timber, fixings, assembly adhesives, and other essential components. This option is ideal for those who want full control over the exterior finishes while benefiting from a highly insulated, durable, and energy-efficient structure—providing a solid foundation for a customized home.
We also offer the Full Exterior House Kit, which includes everything needed to start from the foundation and complete the house with a fully finished, weatherproof exterior. It comes with the prefab structural SIPs shell, a steel or EPDM roof, guttering system, anthracite PVC double-glazed windows and doors, and a choice of three exterior cladding finishes. This kit provides a stylish, fully finished house exterior, ready for interior customization, combining convenience with high-quality materials and energy-efficient construction.

These panels fit together seamlessly and are easy to handle, which helps reduce construction time and effort.
