Product Information

Our Garden building KITs includes a comprehensive set of materials and components needed to construct a Garden room, Garage or Annexe. A full detailed list of what is included can be found on Product Specification and ABOUT webpage.

There are three standard exterior cladding options:

  • Natural pine/spruce trim, sanded to a smooth finish
  • Low-maintenance Thermowood pine/spruce trim, sanded to a smooth finish
  • T&G Low-maintenance Iron Sulphate coated Larch timber cladding

T&G natural pine/spruce trim, sanded to a smooth finish. Contact our sales team if you would like to use other exterior cladding material.

Yes, it offers excellent insulation properties. SIPs consist of a core insulation layer made from expanded polystyrene, sandwiched between two layers of structural board.

No, assembly service in not included in the price.

In some countries we can offer an installation service or recommend local craftsman teams in your area. Please contact our sales team if you would like to get more information about assembly service in your area.

No, foundation construction is not included in the price.

Ensure the construction site entrance is clear.

If you opt for the assembly service, we will handle the offloading process.

If assembly service is not ordered, the client or client’s contractor is responsible for managing the offloading.

Pricing and Payment Terms

The price includes a VAT of 21%. Customs fees and other specific import/export taxes are not included.

Yes, deposit amount is typically 20% of the total Standard product cost and 50% of the total Bespoke product cost.

We accept bank transfers.

No, we ship worldwide so we are not able to offer financing options in specific countries.

The final payment is due when our product is fully manufactured, packed, and ready for delivery.

Prices on our website do not include delivery costs. The exact delivery cost is calculated based on the precise address provided. Customs fees and other specific import/export taxes are not included.

We offer a full refund if you cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If the product is already shipped, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke products are customized to your specific requirements and are non-refundable once production has commenced after the initial deposit is paid.

Delivery Terms

Yes, we do deliver throughout the European Union; our manufacturing base is located within the EU.

Yes, we do deliver to non-EU countries; however, customs fees may apply depending on the destination.

We ship our products to countries outside of Europe. Please be aware that our materials adhere to European Union standards. For inquiries about exports to non-European countries, please reach out to our sales team.

Some of the shipping price examples are in our webpage ABOUT. For an accurate delivery cost estimate, please provide the exact delivery address to our sales team.

We use road and sea transport. Our products are typically transported using standard semi-trailers, but for locations where sea transport is more cost-effective, we use sea containers.

Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. Nearing this date, our delivery service will confirm your shipment and provide the exact delivery date and procedures.

If you opt for the assembly service, we will handle the offloading process.

 Yes, the product arrives covered with rainproof plastic wrapping. However, after unloading, it’s important to check that the packaging is intact to prevent rain from damaging the product.

Garden rooms/ Garages typically do not require Planning Permission as they fall under permitted development rights. However, it is a must to consult with a local architect to confirm the suitability of a Garden room for your specific garden space.

Annexes typically will require Planning Permission or other planning documents. Consulting with a local architect is essential to verify whether an Annexe is suitable for your garden area and to determine if Planning Permission or other necessary planning documents are required.

Warranty and Maintenance

Our products are designed to endure more than 25 years, representing a substantial and enduring investment.

Our products are covered by a 10-year structural warranty. Windows, doors, and some accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Keeping your garden building maintained is crucial for preventing wear and tear. We highly recommend following our maintenance guidelines to keep it in the best possible condition and to maintain your warranty coverage.

The Pine/Spruce exterior finish is entirely natural and untreated, so it’s crucial to apply a protective layer of paint, oil, or other treatment after installation. To maintain durability and appearance, recoat exterior surfaces according to the coating manufacturer’s recommendations.

Thermowood, treated under pressure, requires minimal maintenance for a period spanning 20 to 25 years. Over time, it naturally darkens and changes its original color, but it retains its properties and does not rot. Applying oil coating to the Thermowood finish achieves the desired color, requiring annual renewal to maintain its appearance and protection.

Larch’s longevity is due to its natural resistance to decay and insects, attributed to high levels of natural resins and oils, making it durable and ideal for outdoor use for a period spanning 15 to 20 years. When treated with iron sulfate, it develops a vibrant color and requires no additional painting or renewal for this finish.

It’s recommended to have windows and doors professionally inspected and adjusted annually. Properly adjusted hinges, lubricated window mechanisms, and well-maintained gaskets ensure smooth operation and longevity of the windows.
