#GARDEN 47 is our smallest and most affordable 2 bedroom Scandinavian style house. The most affordable, but it looks great, isn't it? This self-build SIPs panel KIT is available in various layouts (which are of course all open to customisation to suit your lifestyle), with living areas of 42, 47, 52, 57 m2. Perfect bungalow for the garden guest house, garden office, cabin getaway or lake retreat property. Variation of exterior cladding gives you a choice of house’s exterior appearance according to your own taste, huge terrace can be also in various size, our favourite is in the house layout down below. House layout has a great flexibility options and room areas could be extended to have more space if necessary.

WHY #GARDEN 47?

This house has been engineered and designed for a simple, quick build, minimising waste and erection cost.

Quick build. SIPs panel KIT could be assembled in 1-2 weeks after delivery, installation instructions are easy to understand even with no experience in SIPs construction. And it is already insulated!
Minimising waste. Every SIP panel comes cut in size which means minimum waste in erection process.
Erection cost. #GARDEN 47 could be easily assembled in 1-2 weeks (depending on SIPs assembly experience). Also it can be done as self-build with almost no experience in SIPs or other assembly works.
