This option is ideal for those who want full control over the exterior finishes while benefiting from a highly insulated, durable, and energy-efficient structure—providing a solid foundation for a customized home.
We also offer the Full Exterior House Kit, which includes everything needed to start from the foundation and complete the house with a fully finished, weatherproof exterior. It comes with the prefab structural SIPs shell, a steel or EPDM roof, guttering system, anthracite PVC double-glazed windows and doors, and a choice of three exterior cladding finishes. This kit provides a stylish, fully finished house exterior, ready for interior customization, combining convenience with high-quality materials and energy-efficient construction.
